M-take Logic（以下「当方」）は、Androidアプリ「ネタのたね / IdeaSeed」（以下「本アプリ」）を提供します。 本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
1. 本アプリの概要
本アプリは、創作アイデア、メモ、作品、フォルダ、タグ、画像などを整理するためのメモアプリです。 ユーザーが作成したメモや作品データは、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
2. 収集・利用する情報
本アプリでは、機能提供のために以下の情報を取り扱う場合があります。
- ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成したメモ、作品、フォルダ、タグなどのデータ
- ユーザーが選択した画像ファイル
- バックアップ機能の利用時に作成されるバックアップデータ
- 広告表示、課金、Google Drive連携などのために、Googleが提供する各種サービスで処理される情報
当方は、本アプリ内のメモ本文、作品内容、タグ、添付画像などを、当方が管理する独自サーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。
3. Google Driveバックアップについて
本アプリでは、ユーザーが選択した場合に、Google Driveを利用したバックアップおよび復元機能を提供します。 この機能を利用する場合、バックアップデータはユーザー自身のGoogle Drive上に保存されます。 当方は、ユーザーのGoogle Drive内のデータを独自サーバーへ複製・保存することはありません。
4. 画像の利用について
本アプリでは、ユーザーが端末から選択した画像を、メモ、作品、フォルダ、背景画像などに利用できます。 これらの画像は、本アプリの機能提供のために端末内で利用されます。 Google Driveバックアップを利用する場合は、バックアップデータに画像が含まれる場合があります。
5. 広告について
本アプリでは、広告配信のためにGoogle AdMobを使用します。 Google AdMobは、広告の表示、広告効果の測定、不正利用の防止などのために、端末情報、広告ID、利用状況に関する情報などを処理する場合があります。 詳しくはGoogleのポリシーをご確認ください。
6. アプリ内購入について
本アプリでは、プレミアムプランなどのアプリ内購入にGoogle Play Billingを使用します。 購入処理、決済情報、定期購入の管理はGoogle Playによって処理されます。 当方がユーザーのクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を直接取得・保存することはありません。
7. 第三者サービス
本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。
- Google AdMob（広告配信）
- Google Play Billing（アプリ内購入、定期購入）
- Google Drive API（バックアップおよび復元）
- Google Play services（Googleアカウント連携など）
これらのサービスにおけるデータの取り扱いは、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約に従います。
8. データの共有
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成したメモや作品データを第三者へ販売することはありません。 ただし、広告配信、課金、Google Drive連携など、本アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲で、Googleなどの第三者サービスによって情報が処理される場合があります。
9. データの削除
ユーザーは、本アプリ内の削除機能、ゴミ箱機能、またはアプリのアンインストールにより、端末内のデータを削除できます。 Google Driveに保存されたバックアップデータは、ユーザー自身のGoogle Driveから削除できます。
10. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもを主な対象として提供されるものではありません。 ユーザーが未成年の場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえで本アプリを利用してください。
11. セキュリティ
当方は、ユーザー情報を適切に取り扱うよう努めます。 ただし、インターネット通信や端末利用において、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
12. プライバシーポリシーの変更
当方は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更する場合があります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で更新内容をお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)
M-take Logic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Android app “ネタのたね / IdeaSeed” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.
1. About the App
The App is a note-taking and idea organization app for creative ideas, notes, projects, folders, tags, and images. Notes and project data created by users are generally stored locally on the user’s device.
2. Information handled by the App
The App may handle the following information to provide its features:
- Notes, projects, folders, tags, and other content created by the user in the App
- Image files selected by the user
- Backup data created when the backup feature is used
- Information processed by Google services for ads, billing, Google Drive integration, and related features
We do not send or store the contents of users’ notes, projects, tags, or attached images on servers independently managed by us.
3. Google Drive backup
The App provides backup and restore features using Google Drive when the user chooses to use them. Backup data is stored in the user’s own Google Drive. We do not copy or store the user’s Google Drive data on servers independently managed by us.
4. Images
The App allows users to select images from their device and use them for notes, projects, folders, or background images. These images are used locally to provide the App’s features. If Google Drive backup is used, backup data may include image files.
5. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google AdMob may process information such as device information, advertising ID, and usage-related information for ad delivery, ad measurement, and fraud prevention. For more information, please review Google’s policies.
6. In-app purchases
The App uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and subscriptions, such as the Premium plan. Purchase processing, payment information, and subscription management are handled by Google Play. We do not directly obtain or store payment information such as users’ credit card numbers.
7. Third-party services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob for advertising
- Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Google Drive API for backup and restore features
- Google Play services for Google account integration and related features
The handling of data by these services is subject to each service provider’s privacy policy and terms.
8. Sharing of data
We do not sell notes or project data created by users in the App to third parties, except where required by law. However, information may be processed by third-party services such as Google to the extent necessary to provide advertising, billing, Google Drive integration, and related App features.
9. Deleting data
Users can delete local data by using the App’s delete and trash features, or by uninstalling the App. Backup data stored in Google Drive can be deleted by the user from their own Google Drive.
10. Children’s privacy
The App is not primarily directed to children. If a user is a minor, the App should be used with the consent of a parent or guardian.
11. Security
We strive to handle user information appropriately. However, no method of internet transmission or device storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. If important changes are made, we will notify users by updating this page.
